These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by Eastree LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Services between the User and the Company.
User registration shall be completed when the applicant applies for registration by the method specified by the Company and the Company approves it.
In using the Services, Users must not engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals, acts related to criminal activities, acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or network, etc.
1. When using the paid portions or subscription features of the Services, Users shall pay the usage fees by the method designated by the Company or the payment gateway.
2. Subscription contracts will automatically renew for the same period and under the same conditions unless the User performs the designated cancellation procedure (e.g., turning off auto-renewal in the respective app store) at least 24 hours before the end of the current valid period.
3. If a User delays payment of the usage fees, the Company may suspend the provision of the Services.
4. As a general rule, the Company will not refund usage fees that have already been paid.
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of the Services without prior notice to Users if it determines that it is difficult to provide the Services due to system maintenance/inspection or force majeure.
The Company shall be exempted from liability for default unless it is caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence. The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between Users and other Users or third parties regarding the Services.
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying the Users if it deems necessary.
Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
